5x5 Scrimmage program

CCYAA is excited to bring back our scrimmage program, a house-league style initiative.

This program is designed for youth aged 12-16 who already understand the rules of the sport and/or have participated in the JLBS Programs in the past.

Athletes will be placed on a team based on a week 1 skills assessment. Once teams are established, they will play scheduled scrimmage games throughout the 10-week program. There will be no playoffs.

Games will comprise two 20-minute halves which will be scheduled on Saturdays between 9:30 AM and 1:30 PM. Note that we will try our best to accommodate morning games for participants currently enrolled in the Jeremy Lin Basketball School All Stars program (please indicate this on the registration form). Additionally, each game will include:

  • 2 referees

  • A score clock

  • A coach for each team to facilitate substitutions and ensure equitable playing time

Details:

Program runs every Saturday for 9 weeks starting April 12, 2025 and ending June 14th (excluding May 24, 2025). Games will be scheduled between 9:30AM to 1:30PM

Cost:

$145 CAD per participant
